Meet Kia Boyd-Lay

Kia joined Servico in October 2019 in the position of Day Porter Cleaner with a background in janitorial services.

She was quickly promoted to our Daytime Supervisor, servicing multiple districts at Servico. She is responsible for all day shift operations and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness, quality, and safety, orientation and training of employees. She make sure all buildings are covered and conducts site evaluations to ensure all are being cleaned to our customer's satisfaction and following the scope of work expected. Kia is our longest-tenured Supervisor with over four years at the company.

In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, do nails, and also works as a travel agent.
