Why Choose Electrostatic Disinfection Over
Deep Cleaning?

Traditional wipe-down cleaning services are less effective in preventing the spread of COVID-19 and other harmful viruses, exposing you and your employees. As viruses spread fast, you must find the most thorough and effective way to disinfect your facility. That's why Servico offers electrostatic disinfectant spray services.

Electrostatic spraying is a revolutionary infection control system that uses a chemical disinfectant solution.

Typical spray systems coat the surface, leaving much of the back or underneath side of an object bare.

Electrostatic spraying wraps around the thing, covering 75% more surface area than the average cleaning process, including hard-to-reach areas like crevices and around corners. This system is the most effective method for killing 99.99% of viruses in one minute.

This evolutionary infection control system uses a hospital one-step disinfectant cleaner, effectively killing numerous viruses, including COVID-19. Servico uses BIOESQUE Botanical Disinfectant Solution as it is non-abrasive, non-corrosive, safe on food, and cleans and disinfects without bleaching.

This product kills 99.99% of viruses in just 1 minute! It will then air dry as it bonds to the surface, continuing to kill any viruses it contacts. The coated surface will then be appropriately disinfected and ready to use.

Hire a Team That Can Answer All of Your Questions

  • What PPE does the Servico team wear during the process?

Our techs wear a whole body covering, gloves, respirator mask, and glasses to avoid contact with viruses or hazardous compounds in the area. Although no specific PPE is required to use our chemical compound, if people are in the general area during a spray treatment, we ask that a mask or face covering be worn as a safety precaution.

  • How long does the process typically take?

Our specialized techs are trained to complete up to 5,000 sq. ft. in less than an hour.

  • What chemical is being used in the spray guns?

Our chemical solution of choice is Bioesque Botanical Solution. Visit our Store page to learn more about this safe, effective treatment formula!

  • What is the dwell time for treatment to be fully effective?

    • Once the area has been Electrostatic Sprayed, the dwell time for the disinfectant is less than five minutes.
    • Eliminates 99.9% of most allergens upon contact.
    • Kills 99.99% of viruses in one minute.
    • Kills 99.99% of bacteria in two minutes.
    • Sanitizes Soft Surfaces in just two minutes
    • Kills 99.99% of fungi and molds and Mycobacterium tuberculosis in three minutes.
    • Kills Norovirus in four minutes.
    • Surfaces may still be wet a little longer.
  • Does the chemical linger in the air?

The Electrostatic Spray mists the chemical compound that weighs 75X more than gravity. On average, this mist will not last long in the air, 10-15 minutes. The fragrance of Lemongrass Grapefruit will freshen the air for quite some time after the fog is cleared; it is not solid or harsh by any means.

Please note: Depending on the area, our technicians may increase the amount of spraying, which ultimately leads to more chemicals in the air.

  • How soon after spraying can you re-enter the area?

With our solution, there is no need to worry about a delay in time to return to the area. If the spray is requested due to a positive COVID-19 test, we ask that the site is cleared immediately to avoid transference. Once the area is sprayed and the dwell time has passed, the area is cleared for entry. Remember that the fragrance may linger in the area, though it is not a harsh smell.

  • Does the surface need to be wiped down after spraying?

After spraying, allow the botanical chemical solution to sit on the surface for a specified time. You may wipe the surface down afterward, but it's not essential.

  • How long does the area stay disinfected for?

Due to the science behind transference, the disinfection acts on the surfaces it binds to, even though the area may be thoroughly disinfected. We recommend using PPE and other virus protection options such as hand sanitizers, wipes, or even our new RestorAir Rapid Recovery Unit to keep an area disinfected.

  • Will you provide certification of the job's completion?

At Servico, we offer same-day certification upon completion of the Electrostatic Disinfection Spray. To meet COVID-19 protocol in today's workplace environments, you can safely assure your clients and staff that the best form of disinfection is being serviced at your location.
