Meet Allison Mason

Allison arrived at Servico in October of 2022 with experience in janitorial and commercial cleaning of four years. She joined as an Assistant Supervisor in District 2. When our Supervisor in District 2 left to pursue another opportunity, Allison was promoted to the position of Supervisor. 

She maintains a secure and long-tenure team in her district and keeps her relationships with each of them by providing direction and support. She is a team player with each supervisor and supports them when needed. She is responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness, quality, and safety, orientation and training of employees. She conducts site evaluations to ensure all are being cleaned to our customer's satisfaction and following the scope of work expected.
